Through
the work on Surface Grinders Hans Erik Misser ApS have an
intensive knowledge to many chuck controls and can participate in
diagnostic failure on many Magnetic Chucks and their matching
Controls, and suggest how to cure the problems.
General Magnetic Chucks and their controls works in principal on 3
different ways
·
Pure Mechanical, simple functions. Normally no service needed.
·
Electro magnetic works in principal as a coil which is supplied with
voltage up to 110 Volt direct current, but could also be variable.
The tool under clamping will only be clamped as long as voltage
supply is active. Control and chucks can normally be of different
manufacturers without problems. In case Hans Erik Misser ApS can’t
repair the control, an alternative unit can be supplied.

Electro Permanent magnetic. The type have big advantages trough the
tool under clamping will not be heated up during the working process
and will be kept clamped after activation, independent of voltage
are available, or not. The Control cables can even be removed during
processing. The Chuck works with much higher voltages, and are in
principal different from manufacturer to manufacturer, so here it is
important that the control can be repaired
Hans Erik Misser ApS has established facilities to repair Chucks
Control especially for the Jakobsen types, but also where
manufactures has stop the repair service,
as examples the Braillon types, Other types are from SAV, Wagner,
Okamoto, Tecnomagnete and Chevalier.
